10 Vaccine Required for Toddlers
The threat of germs and viruses are more rampant toddler makes the body susceptible to disease. Toddlers do have natural immunity, but that their immune sometimes unable to protect them from the threat of deadly germs.
World Health Organization (WHO) noted there are 10 required vaccines toddlers. But not all of these vaccines must be given depending on its condition.
As reported by Health on Wednesday (09/03/2011) to-12 vaccine required either toddlers mandatory or not is as follows:
1. Hepatitis B
The vaccine must be given to infants even before he left the hospital. The vaccine is given 12 hours after birth. The vaccine is given as much as 3 times.
1. First is the 12 hours after birth
2. Second, 1-2 months from the first vaccine should be given more
3. Thirdly, 6-18 months after the second vaccine.
